30 Women in 30 Days – Day 17

The Gerber Baby since 1931
Timeless Beauty
When Ann Turner Cook was a baby in 1928 she posed for neighbor Dorothy Hope Smith. Smith submitted her sketch and won a Gerber contest for a baby food ad campaign. Since 1931, Ann Turner Cook’s beautiful baby picture has been the official trademark for Gerber. Her picture is on every Gerber baby food product sold worldwide.
